  13. The Overlook (2007).  Harry gets a new partner: young Cuban named Ignacio. A man with access to radioactive materials gets executed by what looks like Islamic terrorists intent on stealing the material to construct a dirty bomb.  This summons Rachel Walling with the FBI, which wants to wrest the homicide case away from Harry to control the bigger picture.  An intricate, satisfying story that keeps you guessing.
